Sahipath Ramdas Memorial Trust is a registered charitable trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, dedicated to building a compassionate and inclusive society. We work at the grassroots level to uplift underprivileged communities through education, nutrition, clothing support, and women empowerment initiatives. Our efforts aim to restore dignity, opportunity, and hope to those who need it most.
Education Support
We believe education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. The trust works to provide access to quality learning resources, scholarships, and school essentials to children from disadvantaged communities.
Food and Clothing Distribution
Regular drives are organized to distribute nutritious food and essential clothing to families in need, especially during emergencies and festive seasons.
Women Empowerment:
We run programs to promote skill development, financial independence, and self-confidence among women, enabling them to lead dignified and empowered lives.
Community Welfare

Back to School Drive –
Launch: September 2025
Location: Rural Jharkhand & Bihar
We’re preparing to distribute school kits, books, uniforms, and fees support for over 500+ children from economically weaker backgrounds. The project aims to reduce dropout rates and encourage children—especially girls—to stay in school.
Roti-Kapda Campaign –
Launch: November 2025 (Winter Drive)
Location: Slum areas of Dhanbad, Bokaro, and Ranchi
Thousands still sleep hungry or lack warm clothing during the harsh winters. Our team will organize food distribution camps and deliver blankets and clothes to those in need, focusing on daily wage laborers, elderly, and street children.
Women Shakti – Empowering Women
Launch: October 2025
Location: Dhanbad & Giridih
We are launching tailoring, handicraft, and digital literacy workshops to empower women with the tools to earn independently. The goal is to train 300+ women within the first phase and connect them to sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Mobile Health & Hygiene Van
Launch: Early 2026
Location: Rotating basis across villages in Jharkhand
We’re introducing a mobile health unit to offer basic checkups, distribute hygiene kits, and conduct awareness campaigns on menstrual health, sanitation, and disease prevention in hard-to-reach areas.
